

I am an Administrator for a small company, and a department of 1 (with 1 part time intern) with a large growing number of IT tasks to manage and take care of.

I also went into File - Options - Trust Center - Trust Center Settings - Automatic Download then ticked Don't download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items and took the tick out of the top option. Not sure if you've sorted this yet Anthony, I went to File - Options - Mail then changed Compose messages in this format to Plain text instead of HTML.
